Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
After our initial consultation, you will have a better understanding of where your health is now, and what steps you need to take to get to where you want to be. We will look at the results of your health history form, symptom questionnaire and lab work together, and explore the root causes of your concerns. We will create a plan specifically tailored to your needs, and provide the necessary resources and guidance to help you reach your health goals.
